All guests can enter thru a flight of stairs, this area is not handicap accessible & does not have restrooms

Amount of space needed

Entire Room holds up to 75 for cocktailing, 65 for dining

Half Room, Larger space holds up to 40 for sit down dining

Half Room, Smaller side holds up to 25 for sit down dining

Just the bar stools holds 12 seated

Seating Times

1. Early seating: can begin early afternoon or 5:30 and finishes by 7:45

2. Second or Later: seating begins at 8:15.

Groups that want to set their own times may rent the space for an entire evening

Long tables arranged, $40 per person. Add 6% tax, 20% gratuity, drinks & alcohol are a separate tab

includes seasonal menus: appetizers, salads, entrees, dessert & coffee

parties over 40 people will be asked to pre-order entree and dessert selections

Renting Roof Top Space

Pricing goes toward estimated food and alcohol purchased

Menus can possibly be butlered appetizers, trays, mini or full buffets or a sit down dinner. Add 6% tax, 20% gratuity.

1. Entire space, entire evening $5000. Bar use included (Mon - Thur $4000)

2. Entire space, half evening $2500. Bar use included (Mon - Thur $2000)

3. Larger space, entire evening $2500 (Mon - Thur $2000)

3. Larger space, half evening $1250 (Mon - Thur $1000)

4. Smaller space, entire evening $2000. Bar use included (Mon - Thur $1000)

5. Smaller space, half evening $1000. Bar use included (Mon - Thurs $800)

Alcohol options*

1.Open bar. A bar tab will be attached to your bill at the end

2. Limited bar. Limited selections for guests (ex: red, white wine, 2 taps)

3. Limited spending. An amount can be reached, then guests can pay on their own 

Room Rental for Lunch parties 12:00-3:00 (or 2:00-4:45)
